This oar leather kit includes:
- A pair (2) of 6 1/2 x 14″ chrome tanned 4-5 oz leather panels
- Oarsman Marine Basic Packet for seasoning and maintaining the leathers after installation
- Complete instructions supplemented with drawings and photographs
- Measuring tape
- Lacing
- Needles
- Leather “punch”
- A clamp for setting the buttons after the leathers are installed
*Chrome tanned leather is a bit easier to install than the vegetable tanned. Holds up fine for occasional to moderate frequency and intensity of rowing.
