Here’s a little sneak peek of what I’m sharing at the online Quilting Together Summit!
Session Title: Stitched Memories: Making Blocks That Tell a Story
Stitched Memories, where fabric, thread, and memories come together to tell a story. In my session, we will be turning special moments and meaningful pieces of fabric into beautiful appliqué memory blocks. So gather your scraps, bring your memories, and let’s start stitching a story that can be treasured for years to come!
During the Quilting Together Summit, I’ll show you some important pieces to making a special memory block:
- How to prep your fabric – memory fabric are things like shirts, pants, and dresses that your loved ones treasured
- An appliqué method for making every block special!
- How to make it your own with free templates
- Some simple and sweet ways to embellish your blocks
I can’t wait to share this with you and to see what all the other teachers are adding to their sessions, it will be well worth your time and full of fun!
Quilting is so much better when you do it together.
That is something I truly believe and it is exactly why I said yes to teaching at the online Quilting Together Summit. If you are looking for your quilting people I really think this is the place to find them! It is free to attend, grab your spot at the affiliate link here!
