What is Stitch School?

Stitch School at Warman Cozy is a fun, welcoming space where kids and teens learn to sew together in a creative, cozy environment. Using the Sewciety Kids curriculum, students start with foundational skills and beginner projects, gradually building their sewing knowledge and confidence as they progress through each level. See each of the Levels below:

Who is Stitch School for?

Stitch School is designed for kids (ages 8 and up) and teens, with no prior sewing experience required. Every student begins with our Introductory Class, where they’ll learn how to set up and safely use a sewing machine—and sew their very own drawstring bag to take home.

Once the Intro Class is complete, students can enroll in one of our 6-week Sessions. These sessions follow the Sewciety Kids curriculum and allow students to build on their skills through fun, skill-appropriate projects. If a student misses a session, they can simply pick up where they left off—no stress!

We’re proud to offer boy-friendly patterns through the Sewciety Kids curriculum. While the posters above feature primarily girl-style clothing, each level of the curriculum includes alternate pattern options, so students can choose a style that suits them best.
